"Artificial Twinning"

"Instant Family? A Case Against Artifical Twinning" is a thoughtful article about "artificial twinning", which this author defines as adopting two genetically unrelated healthy babies less than eight months apart in age. She distinctly does not include families who travel internationally to adopt 2 toddlers or older children that are similar in age, but if you're considering that option, you still may want to read this article.
